D.B. Klain Builders, LLC., was established in 1993 by David B. Klain. David grew up in Carmel, Indiana and later graduated from Indiana University. David was fortunate to learn the construction business from his father, Bradley Klain, who built custom homes for over 20 years in the greater Indianapolis area. David has built upon the knowledge he acquired from his father and has expanded the family tradition of the custom home building experience. Taking his passion for building, David has diversified his craft over the years and taken his foundation of principles into the commercial building industry. D.B. Klain Builders, LLC is committed to simplifying the build process by providing rapid response times, aggressive pricing, and clear and consistent communication whether the project is a tenant improvement project or ground-up build, regardless of size.

Aaron began his career in construction after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor in Construction Management and Minor in Electrical Construction. After spending time in the industrial industry, he moved to residential construction with a national fortune 500 homebuilder. He brings expertise to D.B. Klain with organizational management skills, construction experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Joe Ahern:
Joe came to work with David in 1996 with over 35 years of construction experience. Joe worked with David's father Bradley in the custom home building business until Bradley passed away in late 1995. Joe has been a part of the Klain family businesses for over 25 years. Joe is highly skilled with specific expertise job site supervision, and providing exceptional after the sale customer service.

Tami Marcus:
Tami joins the DB Klain team with prior experience in the land development side of the homebuilding industry. She began her career in the industry working for a large homebuilder. Tami has spent the last several years in management of residential Homeowner Associations where she prided herself on building relationships with her homeowners. She comes to DB Klain with a background in administration, budgeting, and also vendor relations. She is a graduate of Indiana University.
