Klain Builders, LLC completes the build of Pizza Hut Wing Street in the Cumberland Pointe Marketplace shopping center located at 15887 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, IN 46060. An Urbahns Companies, Inc. property, the Cumberland Pointe Marketplace is now home to Pizza Hut Wing Street of Noblesville, owned by Pizza Hut of Fort Wayne, Inc. who own and operate over 40 franchised restaurants throughout the Midwest. Architectural services were provided by Gerald E. Rocke, P.E. of Rocke & Associates located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The scope of the project for D.B. Klain Builders, LLC included the construction and finish of a 2,314 square foot restaurant from first generation shell space resulting in a complete and operational restaurant.
