 D.B. Klain Builders, LLC., was established in 1993 by David B. Klain. David grew up in Carmel, Indiana and later graduated from Indiana University. David was fortunate to learn the construction business from his father, Bradley Klain, who built custom homes for over 20 years in the greater Indianapolis area. David has built upon the knowledge he acquired from his father and has expanded the family tradition of the custom home building experience.
David puts special emphasis on developing a "one-on-one" relationship with all of his clients - resulting in a long list of satisfied homeowners. David realizes the importance of teamwork when it comes to the construction of a custom built home and therefore D.B. Klain Builders, LLC., operates as a true team.

Joe Ahern:
Joe came to work with David in 1996 with over 35 years of construction experience. Joe worked with David's father Bradley in the custom home building business until Bradley passed away in late 1995. Joe has been a part of the Klain family businesses for over 25 years. Joe is highly skilled with specific expertise in job site supervision, and providing superior after the sale warranty service.

Aaron C. Boeke:
Aaron began his career in construction after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor in Construction Management and Minor in Electrical Construction. After spending time in the industrial industry, he moved to residential construction with a national fortune 500 homebuilder. He brings expertise to D.B. Klain with organizational management skills, construction experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Aaron's commitment to an open line of communication results in exceptional customer service for all of his clients.

Tami Marcus:
Tami joins the DB Klain team with prior experience in the land development side of the homebuilding industry. She began her career in the industry working for a large homebuilder. Tami has spent the last several years in management of residential Homeowner Associations where she prided herself on building relationships with her homeowners. She comes to DB Klain with a background in administration, budgeting, and also vendor relations. She is a graduate of Indiana University.
